1. Scope
These terms govern use of the Poletis website and communications initiated through it.
2. Service Agreement
Project estimates, timelines, and deliverables are finalized in a separate written agreement.
3. Intellectual Property
Website content and branding are owned by Poletis d.o.o. and may not be reused without permission.
4. Governing Law
Governed by the laws of the Republic of Croatia. EU consumer protection rules apply where mandatory.
