1. During early access
No charge. While Studio OS is in early access you pay nothing — not for the subscription, not for onboarding. If it isn't a fit, you walk away with zero cost.
2. After launch — month to month
Plans are billed monthly with no minimum term. Cancel any time with 14 days' notice before your next billing date and you won't be charged again. Mandatory EU consumer-protection rights apply on top of this.
3. 30-day money-back
If you change your mind within 30 days of your first paid invoice after launch, write us and we refund the unused portion of the month, prorated to the day you asked to stop.
4. Custom integration work
If your plan included a custom integration that we already built or scoped for you, that work is billed at the agreed fee and isn't included in the refund. Everything else is.
5. How to cancel
Send one email to hello@poletis.eu with the subject "cancel". You'll get a written confirmation within one business day and an export of your studio data on request.
